Week 23 GT7 Daily Races - (26/05/2025)

This week probably doesn't come as a surprise with a chunky of the details having been "leaked" last week on the Gran Turismo website and the in game screen but after a great week of daily races (well Daily C was great last week) we are back to something out of the PD hall of fame.

As always the views on each race are my own personal opinion and may vary to what others may think of the races.

Daily Race A (12 cars)

Car: Toyota Sprinter Trueno & Levin (AE86)

Track: Trial Mountain

Laps: 3

Tyres: Comfort Medium

Fuel: x1

Tyre Wear: x1

DR/SR: DR is off and SR is on

Other: Grid Start

For a Daily A this could actually be one of the most enjoyable in a good while. The car selection may not be to my liking but 3 laps at trial mountain is a good distance and the grid starts are always a welcome addition.

As mentioned we will be racing at Trial Mountain and we will have two cars to choose from in terms of name The Toyota Sprinter Trueno & Levin (AE86), but in terms of looks good luck telling them apart.

Daily Race B - Credit Bonus +1000%

Car: Group 3 (Limited Cars)

Track: Tokyo Expy South Inner Loop

Laps: 4

Tyres: Racing Soft, Intermediate, Wet

Fuel: x1

Tyres: x1

Tuning: BB is on 

No it is no surprise why we are getting this race, Personally I am not a fan but the saving grace that might get people here is the bonus pay-out of 1000%. Yes that is three zero's in there however, is it really going to be enough to get people into these races.

Added to the above Group 3 at Tokyo could be enough to put people off from taking part due to the very high chances of damage and crashes.

If that wasn't enough they have also restricted the group 3 cars that can be used to prodominantly the newer cars - mainly the ones from 2015 onwards.

Do you think this is a good combo? will the payout temp you or would you rather give it a miss?

Daily Race C

Car: Group 4

Track: Grand Valley Hwy. 1 Reverse

Laps: 10

Tyres: Racing Hard,  Intermediate, Wet

Fuel: x1

Tyres: x1

Pitstops: Not Needed

Tuning: BB is on

After last week and how good a combo they gave us with Suzuka I was hopeful that they may have finally gotten on the right track with selecting good combos and then we end up with this!!!!

The track is personally not one of my favourites but the group 4 is probably a good shout for this one and up to that point it was looking good, but... no strategy again!

We will have the racing hards to play with but no fuel or tyre wear to worry about means it will be a sprint from lights to flag, and that means people will get desperate and makes moves they can't pull off and you know what that leads to.
